Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) ग्रामीण गरीब परिवारों के युवाओं को free residential training देती है और minimum ₹10,000 प्रति महीना salary वाली job guarantee करती है। अब तक 16.90 लाख candidates trained हो चुके हैं जिनमें से 10.97 लाख को placement मिली है। यह 65% placement rate किसी भी government skill scheme में सबसे अधिक है।
