Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) भारत सरकार की एक free skill training scheme है। इसमें 36 से अधिक sectors में training दी जाती है। training पूरी होने पर NSQF aligned government certificate मिलता है। यह certificate नौकरी और self-employment दोनों में काम आता है। अब तक 2.1 crore से अधिक candidates इस scheme से trained हो चुके हैं।

Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) इस scheme को manage करती है। National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) इसे implement करता है। वर्तमान में PMKVY 4.0 active phase चल रहा है।

Kaushal Vikas Yojana क्या है

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) Skill India Mission का core program है। यह scheme उन युवाओं के लिए बनाई गई है जो 10वीं या 12वीं के बाद आगे नहीं पढ़ सके। इसके अलावा school dropout, college dropout और बेरोजगार युवा भी इसमें training ले सकते हैं। training पूरी तरह free होती है। government training center को directly payment करती है।

इस scheme में 5,000 से अधिक job roles के लिए training available है। NSQF Level 1 से Level 7 तक के courses मिलते हैं। candidates को training के दौरान Rs. 500 प्रति सप्ताह stipend सीधे bank account में मिलता है।

Kaushal Vikas Yojana Eligibility: कौन Apply कर सकता है

PMKVY में apply करने के लिए candidate का Indian citizen होना अनिवार्य है। नीचे पूरी eligibility criteria दी गई है।

Kaushal Vikas Yojana Registration: Online आवेदन कैसे करें

PMKVY registration के लिए official portal skillindiadigital.gov.in का उपयोग होता है। नीचे पूरा step-by-step process दिया गया है।

Online Registration के Steps

होमपेज पर “Register as a Candidate” पर click करें।
Aadhar card number और registered mobile number दर्ज करें।
OTP verify करें और account बनाएं।

पसंदीदा course और नजदीकी PMKVY Training Centre (PTC) का चयन करें।

Offline Registration का तरीका

PMKVY Training Centre कैसे खोजें

नजदीकी PMKVY Training Centre (PTC) खोजने के लिए skillindiadigital.gov.in पर “Find Training Centre” option उपलब्ध है। state, district और sector के अनुसार search करें।

सभी PMKVY Training Centres NSDC द्वारा empanelled और certified होते हैं। इन centres पर trained faculty, practical labs और assessment facility उपलब्ध होती है। इसके अलावा Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) नाम के dedicated centres भी पूरे देश में मौजूद हैं।

Kaushal Vikas Yojana Certificate: कैसे मिलता है

Training पूरी होने के बाद Sector Skill Council (SSC) assessment conduct करती है। assessment pass करने पर NCVET recognized NSQF certificate मिलता है। यह certificate पूरे भारत में valid होता है। साथ ही यह certificate DigiLocker पर भी available होता है।

Assessment Fail होने पर क्या करें

Assessment fail होने पर घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है। 1 से 2 बार free re-assessment का मौका मिलता है। re-assessment के लिए training centre से contact करें।

Certificate download के लिए skillindiadigital.gov.in पर login करें। “My Account” में जाएं और “Certificates” section खोलें। वहां से certificate download करें। DigiLocker पर भी NSDC issuer के रूप में certificate available होता है।

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL): पहले से Skilled लोगों के लिए

RPL उन लोगों के लिए है जो पहले से किसी काम में expert हैं लेकिन उनके पास formal certificate नहीं है। RPL के लिए केवल 1 से 2 दिन की assessment होती है। assessment pass करने पर वही NSQF certificate मिलता है जो fresh trainee को मिलता है।

RPL के तहत candidates को Rs. 500 से Rs. 8,000 तक का reward भी मिलता है।
