UKPSC Exam Eligibility Criteria

उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग UKPSC Upper PCS exam के लिए apply करने से पहले eligibility carefully check करें। Age limit, educational qualification और nationality तीनों conditions पूरी होनी चाहिए।

Age Limit

UKPSC Upper PCS के लिए minimum age 21 साल और maximum age 42 साल है। Age calculation की decisive date हर cycle में 1 July होती है।

किसी भी recognized university से Bachelor’s degree होनी चाहिए। किसी भी stream जैसे Arts, Commerce, Science से graduation valid है।

• Deputy Education Officer, Law Officer और Probation Officer के लिए Postgraduate degree जरूरी है।
• कुछ posts के लिए specific subjects में graduation जरूरी होती है।
• NCC ‘B’ Certificate और 2 साल Territorial Army service वालों को preference मिलती है।

Nationality और अन्य Conditions

• Indian citizen होना जरूरी है।
• Tibetan refugees जो 1962 से पहले India आए वो भी apply कर सकते हैं।
• Physical standards: DSP और District Commandant जैसे posts के लिए height और chest standards अलग होते हैं।

UKPSC Exam Selection Process

UKPSC Upper PCS exam 3 stages में होता है। Prelims qualify करना mandatory है, Mains और Interview के combined marks से final merit list बनती है।

1. Stage 1: Preliminary Examination — Objective MCQ type exam। यह qualifying nature का होता है।
2. Stage 2: Mains Examination — Conventional written exam। Mains marks final merit में count होते हैं।
3. Stage 3: Interview / Personality Test — Communication skills, general awareness और decision-making assess होती है।
