Indian Army TES यानी Technical Entry Scheme वह सरकारी entry है जिससे आप 12th class के बाद सीधे Indian Army में commissioned officer बन सकते हैं। इसमें कोई अलग written exam नहीं होता। JEE Mains rank से shortlisting होती है और 5-day SSB Interview से final selection। 4 साल की training के बाद आपको B.E. degree मिलती है और Permanent Commission के साथ Lieutenant rank प्राप्त होती है। Monthly salary ₹56,100 Level 10 पर शुरू होती है।

Indian Army TES क्या है?

Indian Army TES एक ऐसी officer entry scheme है जिसमें 12th pass PCM students बिना NDA या CDS exam दिए Permanent Commission पा सकते हैं। Indian Army यह notification साल में दो बार जारी करती है, एक May/June में और दूसरी October/November में। हर batch को TES 53, TES 54, TES 55, TES 56 जैसे serial numbers से पहचाना जाता है। प्रत्येक course में 90 provisional seats होती हैं।

यह scheme उन candidates के लिए बनाई गई है जो Army के technical branches जैसे Engineering, Signals और Army Service Corps में officer बनकर देश की सेवा करना चाहते हैं। 4 साल की training पूरी करने के बाद cadets को B.E. degree और Lieutenant का commission दिया जाता है।

यह route NDA से अलग है जिसमें UPSC की written exam देनी होती है। UPSC Civil Services से भी यह बिल्कुल अलग है। TES में केवल JEE Mains shortlisting और SSB Interview से selection होती है। इसीलिए PCM marks और JEE Mains rank दोनों सबसे ज़रूरी हैं।

Indian Army TES Eligibility Criteria

Indian Army TES के लिए candidate का unmarried Indian male होना, 12th में PCM के साथ minimum 60% aggregate लाना और JEE Mains में appear करना अनिवार्य है।

Educational Qualification

• किसी recognized board से Physics, Chemistry और Mathematics (PCM) के साथ 10+2 (Class 12) pass होना ज़रूरी है
• PCM subjects में मिलाकर minimum 60% aggregate marks होने चाहिए, यह calculation केवल Class 12 के marks पर होती है
• Notification में बताए गए साल का JEE Mains exam appear करना mandatory है

ध्यान रखें: JEE Mains score केवल shortlisting के लिए काम आता है। Final merit list में JEE rank का कोई role नहीं होता। Final selection पूरी तरह SSB performance पर निर्भर है।

Age Limit

Course शुरू होने की तारीख के महीने के पहले दिन candidate की age 16.5 से 19.5 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए। Age calculation application date से नहीं बल्कि course commencement date से होती है। ऊपर और नीचे दोनों limits strict हैं।

Marital Status और Nationality

• Application के समय और पूरी training के दौरान candidate का unmarried male होना ज़रूरी है
• Indian citizen होना अनिवार्य है; Nepal, Bhutan के subjects और Tibetan refugees भी Army eligibility categories के अनुसार apply कर सकते हैं
• Indian citizen category के अलावा अन्य categories के candidates को Government of India का eligibility certificate साथ रखना होगा

Physical Standards

TES के लिए medical standards बिल्कुल NDA Army medical examination के समान होते हैं। जो candidate NDA medical में unfit घोषित होता है, वह TES में भी unfit माना जाता है। Height, weight, vision और cardiovascular fitness के Army officer entry standards लागू होते हैं।

Indian Army TES Online Apply कैसे करें

joinindianarmy.nic.in पर Officer Entry portal के ज़रिए apply करें। Application window लगभग 30 दिनों तक खुली रहती है और कोई fee नहीं लगती।

Apply करने के Steps

1. joinindianarmy.nic.in पर जाएं और “Officers Entry Apply/Login” पर click करें
2. Valid email ID और mobile number से registration करें और login बनाएं
3. Login करके active TES notification select करें
4. Personal, educational और contact details सही से भरें
5. JEE Mains Roll Number और appear करने का साल enter करें
6. Class 10 और 12 की mark sheet, JEE Mains scorecard और passport size photograph upload करें
7. Form submit करें और system-generated Roll Number save करें
8. Application के 2 copies print करें: एक SSB के लिए और एक अपने record के लिए

एक ही form एक बार submit करें। Multiple applications submit करने पर system automatically सभी reject कर देता है। Application का printout DG Rtg को post से नहीं भेजना होता।

Indian Army TES Selection Process

TES selection 3 stages में होती है: JEE Mains shortlisting, SSB Interview और Medical Examination। Indian Army की कोई अलग written exam नहीं होती। तीनों stages mandatory हैं।

Stage 1: JEE Mains Rank पर Shortlisting

Indian Army एक JEE Mains CRL (Common Rank List) cutoff publish करती है और उससे ऊपर rank वाले candidates को ही SSB call letter मिलता है। Cutoff joinindianarmy.nic.in पर July या January के पहले सप्ताह में release होती है। Shortlisted candidates को Email और SMS से SSB की जानकारी दी जाती है।

• JEE Mains marks केवल shortlisting के लिए हैं, final selection में इनका कोई योगदान नहीं
• JEE Mains में higher rank होने से SSB call मिलने की संभावना बढ़ती है
• Cutoff हर cycle में applicants की संख्या के आधार पर बदलती रहती है

Stage 2: SSB Interview (5-Day Process)

TES का SSB Interview 5 दिन का होता है जो Allahabad (Prayagraj), Bangalore, Bhopal या Kapurthala में से किसी एक Selection Centre पर होता है। यह दो stages में होता है।

Stage 1: Screening Tests (Day 1)

• OIR Test (Officer Intelligence Rating): Verbal और non-verbal reasoning के 30 से 40 questions, जो basic intelligence और pattern recognition जाँचते हैं
• PPDT (Picture Perception and Discussion Test): एक blurry image 30 seconds के लिए दिखाई जाती है, उस पर story लिखनी होती है और फिर group discussion होती है

Stage 2: Assessment Tests (Day 2 से Day 4)

Psychology Tests के अंतर्गत TAT, WAT, SRT और Self Description आते हैं। GTO (Group Testing Officer) Tasks में 9 activities होती हैं:

SSB में क्या देखा जाता है: 15 Officer Like Qualities (OLQs)

SSB में 15 Officer Like Qualities assess होती हैं जो 4 main categories में बँटी हैं।

JEE Mains marks final merit list में कोई role नहीं निभाते। Final selection का आधार केवल SSB marks होते हैं। अगर 2 candidates के SSB marks बराबर हों, तब JEE rank tiebreaker का काम करती है।

Stage 3: Medical Examination

SSB में recommend हुए candidates की designated Military Hospital में thorough medical examination होती है। यह standards NDA Army entry के समान होते हैं। किसी भी stage में NDA medical में unfit घोषित candidate TES में भी unfit माना जाता है।

• Vision, height, weight, chest measurement और cardiovascular fitness जाँची जाती है
• Orthopaedic assessment, ENT examination और systemic check-up भी होता है
• Unfit declared candidate Review Medical Board के ज़रिए appeal कर सकता है
• TES और NDA दोनों में parallel courses में unfit होने पर दोनों entries के लिए disqualified हो जाते हैं

Stage 4: Final Merit List

Final merit list medically fit candidates के SSB marks के आधार पर बनती है। Army 90 available seats में से select candidates को joining letter जारी करती है। Reporting date से 7 दिनों के अंदर allotted Cadets Training Wing पर report नहीं करने पर candidature cancel हो जाती है और merit list का अगला candidate उस seat को fill करता है।
