National Defence Academy Exam यानी NDA Exam, UPSC साल में 2 बार conduct करती है। Indian Army, Navy और Air Force में officer बनने का यह सबसे direct रास्ता है। 12th pass या appearing students apply कर सकते हैं। Written exam qualify करने के बाद SSB Interview होता है। दोनों stages clear करने पर NDA Pune में 3 साल की training मिलती है।

NDA Exam क्या है?

एनडीए Exam एक national level defence entrance exam है जो Union Public Service Commission यानी UPSC conduct करती है। इसका पूरा नाम National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination है। यह exam उन students के लिए है जो 12th के बाद Indian Armed Forces में commissioned officer बनना चाहते हैं।

Written exam clear करने के बाद candidate को Services Selection Board यानी SSB interview face करना होता है। Medical examination pass करने के बाद National Defence Academy, Pune में 3 साल की joint training मिलती है। Training के दौरान Jawaharlal Nehru University यानी JNU से B.Sc या B.Tech degree भी मिलती है। ऐसे career में pride, financial security और राष्ट्र सेवा तीनों एक साथ मिलते हैं। UPSC exams में रुचि रखने वाले candidates के लिए NDA सबसे early और respected entry है।

NDA Eligibility Criteria

Application करने से पहले सभी eligibility conditions carefully check करनी चाहिए। कोई भी एक criteria miss होने पर application reject हो सकती है।

Age Limit

NDA के लिए candidate की age 16.5 years से 19.5 years के बीच होनी चाहिए। यह age, application form की last date के reference से calculate होती है। SC और ST candidates के लिए इस exam में कोई age relaxation नहीं होती।

Educational Qualification

• Army Wing के लिए: किसी भी recognized board से 12th class pass या appearing, किसी भी stream से acceptable है
• Navy Wing के लिए: 12th में Physics और Mathematics होना compulsory है, pass या appearing दोनों valid हैं
• Air Force Wing के लिए: 12th में Physics और Mathematics होना compulsory है
• Appearing candidates भी apply कर सकते हैं लेकिन joining के time final 12th result होना mandatory है

Nationality

• Indian citizen होना compulsory है
• Nepal और Bhutan के citizens भी eligible हैं
• Tibetan refugees जो 1 January 1962 से पहले India आए, वे भी apply कर सकते हैं
• Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka और East African countries से migrate किए Indian origin के candidates भी eligible हैं

Gender Eligibility

Supreme Court के landmark order के बाद अब female candidates भी NDA Exam के लिए eligible हैं। UPSC ने यह change official notification के through implement किया है। सभी candidates का unmarried होना अनिवार्य है।

Physical Standards

• Army के लिए minimum height 157 cm चाहिए
• Air Force के लिए minimum height 162.5 cm और vision without glasses 6/6 होना चाहिए
• Weight, height के according prescribed chart से match होना चाहिए
• कोई serious medical condition नहीं होनी चाहिए

NDA Exam Pattern

NDA written exam में 2 papers होते हैं: Paper 1 Mathematics और Paper 2 General Ability Test। दोनों papers एक ही दिन offline mode में होते हैं। Negative marking होती है इसलिए random guessing से बचना चाहिए।

Negative Marking Rules

• Mathematics Paper: हर wrong answer पर 0.83 marks कटते हैं
• GAT Paper: हर wrong answer पर 1.33 marks कटते हैं
• Unattempted questions पर कोई penalty नहीं लगती
• केवल confirmed answers ही attempt करें, random guessing से score गिरता है

NDA Syllabus

National Defence Academy syllabus 2 main papers में divided है: Mathematics और General Ability Test। दोनों papers का level 10+2 standard का होता है। UPSC official notification में detailed syllabus available होता है।

NDA GAT Syllabus: Paper 2 (600 Marks)

GAT paper में 2 sections होते हैं: English 200 marks का और General Knowledge 400 marks का। GK section में Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography और Current Affairs सभी cover होते हैं।

NDA Application Form कैसे भरें

NDA application form सिर्फ online mode में UPSC की official website upsc.gov.in पर submit होती है। NDA 1 और NDA 2 के लिए अलग-अलग notifications आती हैं और forms भी अलग submit करने पड़ते हैं।

Online Application के Steps

1. UPSC की official website upsc.gov.in पर जाएं
2. “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC” link पर click करें
3. Part 1 Registration में नाम, date of birth, email ID और mobile number fill करें
4. Registration ID और password note करें और email confirmation check करें
5. Part 2 Registration में personal details, service preference और exam centre select करें
6. Passport size photo और signature prescribed size में upload करें
7. Application fee Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card या Cash (SBI Challan) से pay करें
8. Final submit करें और confirmation page download करके print रख लें

NDA Selection Process: 3 Main Stages

NDA selection 3 stages में होता है: Written Exam, SSB Interview और Medical Examination। तीनों stages clear करने के बाद ही final merit list में नाम आता है।

Stage 1: Written Exam

• UPSC NDA written exam offline mode में conduct होता है
• Total 900 marks का exam होता है जिसमें 270 questions होते हैं
• Exam के लगभग 3 महीने बाद UPSC written result declare करती है
• Merit list के basis पर selected candidates को SSB के लिए call letter मिलता है

Stage 2: SSB Interview (5 Days)

SSB Interview एक 5-day comprehensive assessment process है जो candidate की Officer Like Qualities यानी OLQ test करती है। SSB centres Allahabad, Bhopal, Bangalore, Kapurthala और Coimbatore में हैं।

• Medical unfit candidates के लिए Review Medical Board में appeal का option होता है
• Medical fit candidates की final merit list prepare होती है

Final Merit List कैसे बनती है

Final merit list में written exam और SSB दोनों के marks count होते हैं यानी कुल 1800 marks पर ranking होती है। इसी merit rank से तय होता है कि candidate को Army, Navy या Air Force wing मिलेगी।

NDA Salary और Career Benefits

NDA से commission होने के बाद 7th Pay Commission के Level 10 पर salary मिलती है और starting basic pay Rs. 56,100 per month होती है। इसके ऊपर Military Service Pay Rs. 15,500 और कई allowances मिलते हैं।

National Defence Academy cut off marks UPSC, written result के साथ ही declare करती है। Written exam cut off और final merit cut off दोनों अलग होती हैं। Cut off इन factors से decide होती है:

Admit Card Download कैसे करें

NDA admit card, exam से 3 से 4 हफ्ते पहले UPSC की official website पर available हो जाता है। Registration number और date of birth से admit card download किया जा सकता है। Admit card में exam centre का address, reporting time और exam day instructions clearly होती हैं। Admit card ले जाना mandatory है वरना exam centre पर entry नहीं मिलती।

Written Result

UPSC NDA written result, exam के लगभग 3 महीने बाद official website पर declare होता है। Result में qualified candidates के roll numbers होते हैं जो SSB face करने के लिए eligible हैं। SSB recommendation के बाद final merit list जारी होती है।
