12th pass students NDA और NA Exam दे सकते हैं जो India का सबसे prestigious defence officer exam है। Army wing के लिए किसी भी stream का 12th pass sufficient है। Navy और Air Force wing के लिए Physics और Mathematics with 12th mandatory है। Age 16.5 से 19.5 साल होनी चाहिए।

यह candidate की age, qualification और career goal पर depend करता है। NDA 12th pass के लिए है और 16.5 से 19.5 साल की age limit में आता है। CSE graduation के बाद 21 से 32 साल में दिया जा सकता है। दोनों की salary similar है (Pay Level 10 से शुरू) लेकिन NDA में physical fitness और defence commitment ज़्यादा important है। CSE में administrative और policy work होती है।
