IOCL Apprentice बनने के बाद Regular Job का मौका
Apprenticeship Complete करने के बाद Candidates को इंडियन ऑयल में Regular Absorption नहीं मिलती, लेकिन Experience Certificate मिलता है। यह Certificate IOCL की Future Non-Executive Recruitment में Age Relaxation और Merit में काम आता है। कई Apprentices इसी Experience से बाद में Regular Posts में Select होते हैं।
IOCL Non-Executive CBT की तैयारी कैसे करें
इंडियन ऑयल CBT में Technical Section सबसे अधिक Marks का है, इसलिए यहाँ से तैयारी शुरू करें।
- Technical Knowledge (50 Marks): अपनी Engineering Discipline की Standard Textbooks पढ़ें। Diploma या B.Tech के Core Subjects को Revise करें
- General Awareness (25 Marks): Oil and Gas Industry की Latest News, National Current Affairs और Government Schemes पढ़ें
- Reasoning (15 Marks): Series, Analogies, Coding-Decoding और Direction Sense Practice करें

ITI Candidates इंडियन ऑयल में Trade Apprentice Posts के लिए Apply कर सकते हैं। Fitter, Electrician, Mechanic, Welder, Instrument Mechanic और अन्य Trades में Apprentice Vacancies आती हैं। Relevant Trade में NCVT या SCVT से ITI होनी चाहिए। NAPS Portal पर Apply करना होता है।
इंडियन ऑयल Apprentice Training की Duration Trade के अनुसार 1 से 2 साल होती है। Trade Apprentice की Training 1 साल की होती है। Technician और Graduate Apprentice की Training 1 साल होती है। Training के दौरान Monthly Stipend मिलती है और Completion पर Certificate दिया जाता है।
इंडियन ऑयल Management Trainee के लिए GATE Cutoff हर साल और Discipline के अनुसार बदलती है। Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering और Electrical Engineering में आमतौर पर High Competition होती है। General Category के लिए GATE Score 600 से 700 के आसपास Competitive माना जाता है। Official Notification में Minimum GATE Score Criteria दिया जाता है।
