Officer Scale I (RRB PO) की 4,256 vacancies और Office Assistant की 8,000 से ज़्यादा vacancies मिलाकर कुल 13,700 से ज़्यादा posts हैं। Fresh graduates के लिए Office Assistant और Officer Scale I सबसे बड़े targets हैं।

One State One RRB Policy: RRB की संख्या 43 से 28 हुई
1 May 2025 से One State One RRB policy लागू होने के बाद 43 Regional Rural Banks merge होकर 28 banks रह गए हैं। इससे हर state में सिर्फ 1 RRB है। CRP XV इस नई structure के तहत conduct होने वाला दूसरा recruitment cycle है। Posting preferences और state-wise vacancy distribution अब ज़्यादा organized है।

Language Proficiency Test (LPT): IBPS RRB की Unique Requirement
IBPS RRB में joining से पहले candidates को उस state की local language में proficiency prove करनी होती है जिस RRB में posting हो। यह requirement किसी दूसरे banking exam में नहीं होती।
- LPT qualifying nature का है, marks में count नहीं होता
- जिन candidates की 10th या 12th उसी state की language medium में है, वे LPT से exempt होते हैं
- LPT fail होने पर joining cancel हो जाती है
- Apply करते समय वही state और RRB select करें जहाँ की local language आती है

Officer और Office Assistant के लिए ibps.in पर दो अलग-अलग portals और दो अलग fees हैं। दोनों के लिए apply करना है तो दो बार fee pay करनी होगी। Fee जमा होने के बाद refund नहीं होती।
Negative Marking और Marking Scheme: पूरी जानकारी
IBPS RRB Prelims और Mains दोनों में 0.25 marks (1/4) प्रति गलत answer काटे जाते हैं। Blank छोड़े गए questions पर कोई penalty नहीं है।

Normalization क्या है: IBPS RRB exam अलग-अलग shifts में होता है। अलग shifts में question difficulty थोड़ी different हो सकती है। Equi-percentile normalization से हर shift के candidates को fair score मिलता है। Raw marks नहीं बल्कि normalized marks से final merit list बनती है।

Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager) का gross monthly salary Rs 70,000 से Rs 80,000 और Office Assistant का gross salary Rs 35,000 से Rs 37,000 होता है। इसके अलावा DA, HRA, Special Allowance, Medical Benefits, NPS Contribution और Staff Loan जैसे perks मिलते हैं। Salary posting के city के अनुसार थोड़ी vary करती है।

IBPS RRB exam अलग-अलग dates और shifts में होता है और हर shift का question paper difficulty level थोड़ा अलग हो सकता है। Equi-percentile normalization method से सभी shifts के candidates के marks को comparable बनाया जाता है। Final merit list normalized marks से बनती है, raw marks से नहीं। इसीलिए exam में maximum marks लाने की कोशिश करें।
