CUET Exam यानी Common University Entrance Test वह national level प्रवेश परीक्षा है जिसके score से JNU, DU, BHU और AMU समेत 200 से ज्यादा universities में UG admission मिलता है। National Testing Agency यानी NTA इसे conduct करती है। इसमें 3 sections होते हैं: Language Paper, Domain Subjects और General Test। सही subject combination चुनना और section-wise strategy बनाना ही CUET में success तय करता है।
CUET परीक्षा के लिए Eligibility क्या है?
12वीं pass या 12वीं में appearing कोई भी student CUET परीक्षा दे सकता है। कोई upper age limit नहीं है। CBSE, ICSE, सभी state boards और international boards सभी के students eligible हैं।

CUET Exam Pattern: 3 Sections की पूरी जानकारी
सीयूईटी परीक्षा में 3 sections होते हैं और एक student maximum 6 subjects choose कर सकता है। हर section अलग paper होता है। Section 1A और 1B language papers हैं। Section 2 domain subjects है। Section 3 General Test है।

Subject selection CUET परीक्षा की सबसे बड़ी confusion है। गलत subjects choose करने पर dream university में apply ही नहीं हो पाता। पहले target university और course तय करें, फिर उनके required subjects के हिसाब से form भरें।

एक student maximum 6 subjects ले सकता है। 1 Language + 3 Domain + General Test = 5 subjects। यह combination अधिकतर central universities के लिए पर्याप्त है।
CUET परीक्षा Syllabus: Section-wise Topics
Section 1: Language Paper में क्या आता है?
Language paper में NCERT 11वीं और 12वीं के reading comprehension, grammar और vocabulary से questions आते हैं।
- Reading Comprehension: 1 से 2 passages पर 15 से 20 questions। Factual, literary और narrative passages आते हैं।
- Vocabulary: Synonyms, Antonyms, One-word substitution और Idioms।
- Grammar: Error Spotting, Fill in the Blanks, Sentence Correction।
- Rearrangement: Para Jumbles और sentence sequencing।
Section 2: Domain Subjects में क्या आता है?
Domain subjects में 12वीं level के NCERT-based MCQs आते हैं। Questions directly NCERT textbook के concepts, definitions और diagrams से होते हैं। NCERT से बाहर के questions बहुत कम आते हैं।

CUET Result और Counseling Process
सीयूईटी result NTA की official website पर percentile score के रूप में आता है। Percentile का मतलब raw marks नहीं है। 95 percentile का मतलब है कि 95% candidates आपसे कम score पर हैं।
Result में क्या मिलता है?
- Subject-wise Percentile: हर subject में individual performance।
- Overall Percentile: सभी chosen subjects की combined performance।
- Rank: सभी candidates में आपकी position।
- Category Rank: अपनी category के candidates में position।
Percentile Normalization क्यों होती है?
CUET परीक्षा multiple sessions में होती है। एक session का paper दूसरे से आसान या मुश्किल हो सकता है। Normalization से सभी sessions के students का fair comparison होता है। इसलिए किसी session में raw marks कम होने पर भी percentile अच्छी आ सकती है।
Counseling Process कैसे होती है?
- CUET result आने के बाद हर university अपनी merit list अलग-अलग निकालती है।
- University अपनी required subjects की percentile देखती है। उसके हिसाब से cutoff तय होती है।
- Shortlisted students को university की official website पर online counseling में participate करना होता है।
- Document verification और fee payment के बाद admission confirm होता है।
- Central Universities Joint Admission Portal यानी CUAP पर कुछ universities centralized counseling भी करती हैं।
CUET परीक्षा के बारे में अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले सवाल
सीयूईटी परीक्षा साल में एक बार होती है। एक academic session में सिर्फ एक attempt मिलता है। अगले academic session में फिर से परीक्षा देनी होगी। Score 1 year के लिए valid रहता है।
हाँ, हर गलत answer पर 1 mark कटता है। सही answer पर +5 marks मिलते हैं। Unattempted questions पर कोई penalty नहीं है। 5 गलत answers 1 सही answer को cancel कर देते हैं। इसलिए 80% से कम confidence पर skip करना बेहतर है।
नहीं, General Test हर university require नहीं करती। DU का BA Program और कई arts courses इसे mandatory मानते हैं। Science और pure commerce programs में यह optional होता है। Target university की official website पर requirement जरूर देखें।
